RETURNS POLICY
We understand that not everything can be perfect, if you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase(s) you have 14 days, from receiving your order, to return it to us for an exchange or refund. We want you to love your purchase, therefore we’ll manage each individual enquiry as best we can.
We will offer a refund or exchange for all items returned in the condition it was supplied, with their original packaging, garment tags still attached. Any garments that show signs of being worn will not be accepted. items with such indications will unfortunately not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Earrings are not refundable unless faulty.
Items purchased in the sale are not eligible for a refund.
Please note, that the postal costs to return orders are the customer’s responsibility and will only be refunded if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied. We are not responsible for any good lost or damaged in transit.

returns process
Please follow the instructions below:
Ensure you are returning your item(s) within 14 days
Package the unwanted item(s) back into their original packaging or something suitable which will completely protect the item(s) that are being returned
Complete the returns form included with your order
Return it back to use via your local Post Office. We recommend using a trackable service, so you have proof of postage. Please remember we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit
You will receive an email from us to confirm that we have received the item(s) and the refund/exchange has been approved and processed
All refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take up to 5 working days to show in your account
