FREE CLICK AND COLLECT 

Orders can be collected from Sueño Monday to Saturday 9:30am-5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). 
 
Orders must be collected within 7 days from purchase. Any orders not collected within this time frame will be cancelled and you will receive store credit to your account. Please note, we are not responsible for the parcel if Royal Mail do not leave a card. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they are at the property when Royal Mail intend to deliver.

Please note we do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. 

For all UK deliveries we use Royal Mail trackable deliveries. A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not available to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a note with further instructions.
